The United States: FBI BACKGROUND CHECK
Your FBI Background check should be on a very light blue piece of paper without the background images "UNAUTHORIZED COPY" as seen above. The above sample is a scanned copy. To prevent fraudelent documents the paper used by the FBI when scanned or photocopied the background images "UNAUTHORIZED COPY" appears however you will not be able to see it on the original copy.

This apostille must be obtained from the U.S. Department of State.
Instead of mailing your FBI background check directly to the U.S. Dept. of State (process time 4+ weeks), please send it to one of the following companies to obtain the apostille on your behalf www.usauthentication.com
